1. No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final.
2. Repair Requests: If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing fault, please contact Elysian Atelier Customer Care by email or phone to request an assessment for repair before returning any items. Specific return methods and details will be provided upon assessment.
3. Assessment and Repair Process: Upon receiving your email request, our Customer Care team will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods for assessment. You must follow these instructions to ensure your request is processed promptly.
4. Repair Eligibility: Goods with manufacturing faults brought to our attention within 28 days of being received by the customer will be eligible for repair.
5. Repair and Return: If your jewellery is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be repaired and returned to you. If we deem it is indeed a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping and repair costs. However, if it is not deemed our fault, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as repair costs.
6. No Refunds: Please note that as our goods are made to order, we do not offer refunds.
7. Manufacturer's Warranty: As Elysian Atelier is both the manufacturer and seller of our fine jewellery, our repair policy serves as the warranty for your purchase. Any repair work conducted by us is covered by this policy.
8. Variation in Design: Please note that images, gems, colours, and designs may slightly vary from the finished product due to the designs being 3D-rendered.
9. Custom Jewellery Delivery Time: Custom jewellery orders will take 6-10 weeks to deliver after receiving payment.
10. Applicable Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by any terms or conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability: Elysian Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products.
12. Exclusion of Certain Damages: In no event shall Elysian Atelier's total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
13. Force Majeure: Elysian Atelier shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
